How does per-client pricing work?
Each client account you manage in Beacon is billed separately based on the tier you choose. The tier determines your monthly upload record limit. Volume discounts are available for agencies managing 10 or more clients.
What counts as an upload record?
An upload record is any row of offline conversion data you upload to Beacon via CSV or Excel. Each row — representing a sale, transaction, or conversion event — counts as one record toward your monthly limit.
Can I switch tiers per client?
Yes. Each client account can be on a different tier based on their upload volume needs. You can upgrade or downgrade any client at any time.
What happens if I exceed my upload limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher tier or contact us for custom volume pricing. We never block uploads without warning.
What ad platforms do you support?
Beacon currently supports Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). More platforms are on our roadmap.
